Job summary

AnaVation, LLC seeks a Mid-level Cloud Developer to design and implement cloud service delivery models enabling PaaS, IaaS, SaaS, and DaaS. You will drive automation using DevSecOps best practices, guide migration to the cloud, and ensure secure, resilient, and cost-optimized solutions.

Responsibilities include developing architectures, implementing IaC, and optimizing cloud usage, with on-site work in Washington, DC and an active TS clearance required.

Qualifications

• 4+ years with major cloud providers (AWS, Microsoft, Oracle, IBM, Google)
• Experience deploying on private/public cloud solutions or high-availability environments
• Infrastructure as code with Terraform, CloudFormation, or ARM templates
• Implementing security best practices for cloud environments
• Documentation for cloud architecture, configurations, and processes
• Must be able to work full-time on-site at customer location in Washington, DC
• Active Top Secret (TS) clearance

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain cloud service delivery models and architectural frameworks for PaaS/IaaS/SaaS/DaaS
• Implement automation for cloud resources using DevSecOps CI/CD and IaC
• Assess workloads for cloud readiness and migration/refactoring strategies
• Recommend platforms and applications for public/private/hybrid cloud deployment
• Define recovery, business continuity, and disaster recovery in the cloud
• Drive cloud cost optimization and provide cost-benefit analyses
• Design and implement cloud-native apps and migrate on-prem apps to cloud
• Debug and troubleshoot cloud stacks across environments
• Ensure high availability with resilient architectures and monitoring
