Job Description

This is a remote position.

  1. Recruit, interview, evaluate, and place highly skilled technical professionals on a contract, contract to hire, or permanent basis across a wide array of technology verticals.
  2. Screen and evaluate candidate qualifications against job requirements to determine overall fit.
  3. Create strong working relationships with management, peers, and prospective candidates.
  4. Use social media, job boards, Internet sourcing, and other technical means to source candidates for open jobs.
  5. Hands-on experience in sourcing candidates from job portals.
  6. Conduct initial HR interviews (Telephonic) and follow up on feedback.
  7. Shortlist profiles.
  8. Interact with clients and candidates.
  9. Coordinate and conduct applicant reference checks and background checks.
  10. Achieve targets and close positions.
  11. Take ownership from gathering requirements from the client, searching for the best candidates, calling candidates for details, and closing positions and joining of the candidate.
Requirements
  1. Excellent command of the English language, great work ethics, and commitment to the organization on a long-term basis.
  2. Marketing skills – Knowing how to market and promote your services, expertise, and knowledge effectively to clients and candidates is of utmost importance.
  3. Good computer skills and knowledge of IT terminologies.
  4. Ability to work independently and multitask in a fast-paced environment.
