Job summary

DTCC in New Jersey is seeking a Cloud Delivery Director to lead a team delivering cloud and infrastructure enablement with a strong product mindset. You will own roadmaps, prioritize work, and drive automation to shorten the journey from intent to provisioning.

You will partner across Engineering, Cloud Operations, Finance, and business stakeholders to align priorities, manage risks, and ensure security, resiliency, and operational readiness while supporting a hybrid work model.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in a relevant field.
• 8+ years of progressive experience in cloud/infrastructure technology, product delivery, or related disciplines, including leadership.
• Cloud certification from AWS, Azure, or equivalent preferred.
• Strong knowledge of public cloud platforms and modern software delivery practices.

Responsibilities

• Lead, develop, and manage a team delivering cloud and infrastructure enablement capabilities with clear priorities and measurable outcomes.
• Own the product vision, roadmap, backlog, and delivery for a streamlined self-service infrastructure and cloud intake experience.
• Drive automation and shift-left initiatives across the application-to-infrastructure journey.
• Partner with multiple functions to align dependencies and remove delivery barriers.
• Create cohesive experiences from CMDB data to provisioning workflows with governance and cost awareness.
• Establish KPIs and metrics to drive continuous improvement and customer satisfaction.
• Prioritize across competing demands, balancing value, risk, architecture, readiness, and cost.
• Work with application teams and senior stakeholders to accelerate cloud adoption and remove adoption barriers.
• Ensure solutions meet risk, security, resiliency, and operational readiness expectations.

The Impact You Will Have In This Role

As Cloud Delivery Director, you will lead a team responsible for transforming how application teams’ access and consume cloud and infrastructure services at DTCC. You will drive the strategy and execution of a streamlined, self-service “shift-left” experience, bringing together application data, approved patterns, service readiness, financial inputs, and delivery workflows to simplify and automate the journey from application intent through provisioning. Working across Engineering, Cloud Operations, Finance, service providers, and business stakeholders, you will turn strategy into execution and create a simpler, faster, more transparent, and increasingly automated path to cloud adoption.

Your Primary Responsibilities

• Lead, develop, and manage a team accountable for delivering cloud and infrastructure enablement capabilities, establishing clear priorities, accountability, and measurable outcomes.
• Own the product vision, roadmap, backlog, and delivery for a streamlined, self-service infrastructure and cloud intake experience, translating strategy into executable capabilities and releases.
• Drive simplification and “shift-left” automation across the application-to-infrastructure journey, including opportunities for self-service and straight-through provisioning.
• Partners across Cloud Engineering, Infrastructure, Architecture, Cloud Operations, Finance/FinOps, and service providers to align dependencies, remove delivery barriers, and drive outcomes.
• Bring together application and CMDB data, service catalogs, approved architecture patterns, service readiness, financial and tagging requirements, and provisioning workflows into a cohesive customer experience.
• Establish KPIs and operational metrics to measure delivery effectiveness, automation, service readiness, adoption, bottlenecks, and customer experience, using insights to drive continuous improvement.
• Lead prioritization across competing business and technology demands, balancing customer value, risk, architecture, operational readiness, cost, and delivery capacity.
• Partner with application teams and senior stakeholders to understand demand, remove adoption barriers, and accelerate cloud and infrastructure enablement.
• Ensure solutions meet DTCC's expectations for risk management, controls, resiliency, security, and operational readiness.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Engineering, Information Technology, Business, or equivalent experience.
• 8+ years of progressive experience in cloud, infrastructure technology, platform engineering, product management, technology delivery, or related disciplines, including experience leading teams and complex enterprise initiatives.
• Cloud certification from AWS, Microsoft Azure, or another major cloud provider required; professional-level, architecture, or engineering certification strongly preferred.
• Strong working knowledge of public cloud platforms such as AWS and/or Microsoft Azure, enterprise infrastructure, application architecture, APIs, automation, and modern software delivery practices.
