Job summary

Sentar is seeking a Cloud Response SME in Quantico, VA to serve as the primary technical authority for defending DoD-style cloud environments. You will design, implement, and maintain high-impact threat detection use cases using Tanium, Microsoft Defender for Endpoint, Elastic/Kibana, and JRSS tool suites.

The role requires IAT III and CSSP incident responder certifications, 5+ years in cloud incident investigations, and the ability to develop training, TTPs, and course material for government

Qualifications

• IAT III and CSSP Incident Responder certifications are required.
• IAT III certs include CASP+ CE, CCNP Security, CISA, CISSP (or Associate), GCED, GCIH, CCSP.
• CSSP IR certs include CEH, CFR, CCNA Cyber Ops, CCNA-Security, CHFI, CySA+, GCFA, GCIH, SCYBER, PenTest+.

Responsibilities

• Develop cloud detection use cases to identify unauthorized activity.
• Assist with cloud incident investigations and responses.
• Assist design and deployment of new DCO capabilities in cloud environments.
• Demonstrate effectiveness by detecting Red Team activity in cloud environments.
• Annually update TTPs and training documents stored on SharePoint or approved media.
• Prepare and present a course on cloud computing security and DCO practices.
• Support CSSP accreditation with documentation and technical writing.
