Job summary

Rutgers University seeks a Data Warehouse Developer to design and implement data warehouse architecture, models, and secure integrations across Oracle Fusion data sources and OCI/ADW. You will collaborate with IT and business units to deliver scalable, governed enterprise data solutions and support reporting needs.

The role involves migrating legacy environments to OCI/ADW, developing data pipelines, and enforcing data governance while aligning with institutional reporting requirements.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Data Analytics, or a related field is required.
• Seven (7) years of experience in data management, data engineering, data architecture, or enterprise analytics, with cloud-scale data platforms and data modeling.
• Equivalent experience, education and/or training may be substituted for the education requirements.

Responsibilities

• Data Warehouse Architecture and Data Modeling.
• Participate in cloud modernization and data platform evolution initiatives.
• Develop and optimize data models that support high-performance analytics.
• Establish consistent and reusable data structures across cloud and on-prem environments.
• Ensure alignment with business reporting and analytics requirements.
