Job summary

Apple in Austin, TX is seeking a Software Engineer (Data Solutions) within AI & Data Platforms (AiDP) to build scalable data systems on cloud and deliver end-to-end data solutions. You will design, code, test, and ship features, collaborating with internal customers to streamline data workflows.

Meets minimum qualifications with strong skills in Python/Scala/Java and cloud experience. A bachelor’s degree in CS is preferred, and familiarity with Snowflake or BigQuery is highly valued.

Qualifications

• Programming experience in Python, Scala or Java.
• Experience with distributed data applications and cloud platforms.
• Experience with Snowflake or BigQuery data warehousing.

Responsibilities

• Design, code, test and ship features end-to-end from concept to release.
• Collaborate with internal customers to understand requirements and improve the platform.
• Tune and debug code, support production applications and end users.
