Job summary

Office Environments of New England, LLC is seeking a skilled technologist to help shape our ERP transition and expand data-driven capabilities. You will design business apps, manage databases, and build AI-enabled workflows that streamline operations and reporting.

You’ll collaborate with business teams to translate challenges into scalable solutions, contribute to the AI roadmap, and deploy Copilots and intelligent automation. This hybrid role emphasizes learning and cross-functional impact.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience with Power Platform (Power Apps, Power BI, Power Automate)
• Strong SQL skills with experience in SQL Server and PostgreSQL
• Experience with data modeling, APIs, and integrations (REST/JSON)
• Familiarity with Azure, Dataverse, and Microsoft Fabric
• Interest or experience in AI, automation, or intelligent applications
• Strong communication skills and ability to collaborate across functions
• Bachelor's degree in computer science or similar field preferred

Responsibilities

• Design and build business applications using Power Apps (Canvas & Model-Driven), Python, and C#
• Develop and manage SQL Server and PostgreSQL databases
• Create Power Automate workflows to streamline operations
• Build Power BI dashboards and reporting solutions
• Work directly with business teams to translate challenges into scalable solutions
• Help shape and evolve our AI strategy and roadmap
• Design and build custom agents to solve key business problems
• Identify opportunities to apply AI and Technology to improve workflows, decisions, and customer experience
• Build and deploy technology tools (Copilots, intelligent workflows, automation agents)
• Rapidly prototype, test, and iterate on new ideas
• Serve as a key contributor in the ERP transformation to Microsoft F&SCM
• Support ERP-related data strategy, integrations, and reporting architecture
• Be an integral part of ongoing training efforts to drive technology adoption
