Job summary

Amazon AWS is seeking a Software Development Engineer to design and deliver data-driven solutions at scale in Seattle. You will build scalable ingestion pipelines and secure distributed systems, using Lambda, S3, Glue, and CDK, while applying ML to real-world data challenges.

You will work with a Scrum team to drive planning, design, implementation, testing, and operations, delivering trusted intelligence to GTM teams worldwide.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of non-internship professional software development experience.
• 1+ years of software design or architecture (design patterns, reliability and scaling).
• Bachelor's degree or foreign equivalent in Computer Science, Engineering, Mathematics, or a related field.
• Experience with distributed systems and scalable data processing.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain scalable data ingestion solutions for large-scale datasets.
• Build highly available, secure, distributed systems in microservices and containers.
• Develop serverless applications using AWS Lambda, S3, CloudWatch, and Glue.
• Apply Machine Learning to solve challenging data problems at scale.
• Collaborate with Scrum team across planning, design, and testing activities.
