Job summary

IntelliDyne, LLC is seeking an AWS and Azure Data Governance Engineer to design automated data tiering, govern data across cloud environments, and optimize storage costs. The role requires strong scripting for cloud operations and deep expertise in AWS S3 and Azure storage services.

The candidate will monitor migrations, enforce retention and security policies, and collaborate with data owners and stakeholders to ensure compliant, cost-efficient data lifecycle management across AWS and Azure

Qualifications

5+ years of experience in cloud data management, storage architecture, data lifecycle management, or data governance (AWS and/or Azure focus strongly preferred).
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Data Management, or other relevant discipline.
Must possess an active Secret clearance with the ability to obtain a US TS/SCI clearance.

Responsibilities

Analyze data access patterns to design data lifecycle management policies and automated tier transitions for AWS S3 and Azure Blob Storage.
Configure, deploy, monitor, and maintain automated data migration workflows using S3 Lifecycle policies, S3 Batch Operations, and Azure Blob lifecycle rules.
Establish and enforce data governance standards, including data classification, metadata management, retention policies, access controls, encryption, and compliance across AWS and Azure.
