Job summary

Everforth Apex is seeking a Data Engineer to join our analytics team in Shaker Heights, OH (Hybrid). You will design and maintain data pipelines and infrastructure in a cloud environment, collaborating with data scientists to ensure reliable, scalable data flows that power analytics.

The ideal candidate has a master's degree and 1–3 years' experience in cloud data engineering, with Python, SQL, and ETL skills; familiarity with MS Fabric and healthcare data is a plus.

Qualifications

• Master's degree required.
• 1–3 years of data engineering experience.
• Cloud-based data engineering experience (Azure/AWS/GCP).
• Experience building data pipelines with Python, SQL, and ETL.
• MS Fabric experience preferred.
• Healthcare data or Epic systems experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Develop, construct, test, and maintain data architectures and pipelines.
• Build robust and scalable data pipelines using Python, SQL and ETL processes.
• Work with cloud platforms (Azure, AWS, or GCP).
• Collaborate with data scientists to understand data needs and resolve issues.
• Ensure data delivery is timely and meets quality standards.
