Qualifications

• Experience with Generative AI tools and agentic systems with prudent usage.
• Willingness to learn new technologies and expand technical stack.
• Ability to work in Cincinnati, OH based office on a hybrid schedule.

Responsibilities

• Partner with business stakeholders to translate needs into robust data solutions.
• Design, build, and maintain ETL/ELT pipelines on a modern cloud platform.
• Integrate data platforms with APIs, databases, and files for downstream use.
• Take end-to-end ownership from requirements to deployment and monitoring.
• Mentor less-experienced engineers through code reviews and knowledge sharing.
• Help define data engineering standards including testing, CI/CD, and reusability.
• Ensure data quality, reliability, and performance across solutions.
• Use VS Code and Git workflows to develop and ship data solutions efficiently.
• Leverage Generative AI tools judiciously to accelerate development while maintaining safe practices.
• Continuously learn and share new technologies with the team.
