Job summary
AgileEngine, LLC seeks a Senior Data Engineer to design and maintain data pipelines powering cloud cost visibility, attribution, and performance insights for the Cloud Economics team. You will build scalable ELT/ETL workflows using Python, SQL, dbt, and Airflow across AWS services including Glue, Athena, and Aurora alongside Snowflake, optimizing for performance, reliability, and cost efficiency.

Qualifications
- 4+ years of experience in data engineering.
- Strong SQL and Python capabilities.
- Experience building end-to-end ELT/ETL in cloud environments.
Responsibilities
- Design, build, and maintain Cloud Economics data pipelines.
- Develop scalable data pipelines and datasets for cloud cost visibility and performance insights.
- Design data models and ingestion frameworks for telemetry data.
- Develop tooling for cost-aware decision making with stakeholders.
- Optimize data systems for performance, reliability, and cost efficiency.
- Partner with Engineering and Finance for cost optimization insights.
- Ensure data quality, validation, and auditability across end-to-end workflows.
