Oracle is seeking a Cloud EHS Specialist (NAM) to lead the implementation of a comprehensive safety program for data center operations onsite. You will create and tailor EHS policies and procedures aligned with data center challenges.

The role emphasizes LOTO, Arc Flash, contractor safety, working at heights, and continuous improvement across safety metrics. Collaborate with operations, engineering, and facilities teams to embed safety into daily workflows, deliver training, and drive regulatory

Qualifications

• 7+ years of EHS experience in data center environments.
• Knowledge of OSHA, NFPA 70E, ISO 45001, and local regulations.
• Proficiency in EHS documentation, training, and auditing.

Responsibilities

• Lead the implementation of an EHS program for data centers.
• Develop and customize safety policies, procedures, and training materials.
• Ensure compliance with OSHA, NFPA, ISO 45001 and local regulations.
• Collaborate with site staff and contractors to roll out safety initiatives.
• Embed safety practices into daily workflows and operations.
• Develop tools to monitor policy effectiveness and track KPIs.
• Conduct risk assessments and site-specific hazard analyses.
• Lead regular reviews and updates to safety programs.
