Job summary

Amazon in Frederick, MD is seeking an Infra Delivery Install Technician to set up and maintain large data center infrastructure. The role involves moving Enterprise equipment, cabling, and rack installations with safety and procedure adherence. Expect travel across regional data centers and occasional site training.

Qualifications

• 1+ years of Computer Hardware Repair, Infrastructure Cabling, Network Deployment, or Data Center Operations experience.
• High School diploma or equivalent.
• Willingness to travel to active data center sites and potentially alternate sites during training.

Responsibilities

• Moving and implementing large enterprise equipment
• Installing Fiber and Copper cabling and patching between equipment
• Ensuring safety and security standards during cabling and rack installation
• Following established hardware installation procedures and break‑fix activities
• Safely using material handling tools and equipment
• Traveling within and outside the regional work area; must have reliable vehicle and valid driver’s license
