Triwill Group, on behalf of a partner, seeks a Cloud Data Architect - Data Modeler in the United States to lead modernization of cloud-based data infrastructure for a major federal technology transformation program.

The role designs scalable data platforms, models, pipelines and integration patterns across the data lifecycle, combining hands-on architecture with governance, security, migration, analytics, and AI/ML enablement in a regulated, Agile environment.

Responsibilities

• Lead the architecture and modernization of cloud-based data infrastructure for a major federal technology transformation program.
• Design scalable data platforms, models, pipelines, and integration patterns across the full data lifecycle.
• Combine hands-on data architecture with governance, security, migration, analytics, and AI/ML enablement.
• Collaborate with data engineers, application teams, security specialists, governance leaders, and senior government stakeholders.
• Establish secure, high-performing, and resilient data capabilities that support operational decision-making and enterprise analytics.
• Operate in a highly regulated, Agile environment requiring strong technical judgment, documentation discipline, and a customer-focused consulting mindset.
• Shape foundational cloud data architecture for a large-scale modernization initiative with nationwide impact.
