Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience in cybersecurity engineering or cloud engineering.
• 2+ years of experience in a scripting language such as Python, Powershell, or Bash.
• Experience securing cloud workloads and with a major cloud platform (AWS, Azure, or OCI).
• Experience implementing STIG remediations and remediating findings.
• Experience configuring cyber security tooling (ACAS, Prowler, or CSP Tools such as Inspector or Defender).
• Knowledge of RMF, including NIST 800-53, to translate between engineering and compliance teams.
• Ability to automate tasks.
• Secret clearance.
• Bachelor's degree.

Responsibilities

• Designs, implements, and manages policies and procedures to ensure cloud, database and software security.
• Develops or contributes to solutions to a variety of problems of moderate scope and complexity. Works independently with some guidance and reviews or guides activities of junior employees.
