Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience designing, configuring, and administering enterprise applications in cloud environments.
• Experience with .NET, Entity Framework, and SQL.
• Experience architecting and deploying solutions in AWS and hybrid cloud environments.
• Experience developing secure, cloud-based architectures and adhering to governance standards.
• Experience using GenAI tools such as GitHub Copilot, Codex, or Claude Code.
• Experience deploying IaaS environments and Linux/Unix with shell scripting.
• Knowledge of CI/CD and automation tools such as GitHub Actions.
• Ability to lead technical teams and obtain Public Trust eligibility.

The resource will apply cloud architecture expertise to create environments that leverage current cloud capabilities while aligning with engineering standards, security requirements, and modernization objectives. This role requires deep hands‐on technical experience, leadership in cloud design decision‐making, and the ability to work with cross‐functional teams—including engineers, product teams, and modernization stakeholders—to deliver mission‐aligned, cloud‐based systems.
