Job summary

Intone Inc. is seeking a senior Cloud (AWS) Administrator for a 12-month contract in Sunnyvale, CA.

The role focuses on designing, managing, and optimizing enterprise-scale AWS environments while driving automation and modernization initiatives across the organization. Key responsibilities include leading Landing Zone architecture, implementing IaC with Terraform, and managing services like EC2, VPC, IAM, S3, RDS, EKS, and CloudFront.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of Cloud Engineering, Infra Operations, or Cloud Architecture experience.
• 5+ years of deep AWS administration and architecture expertise.
• Experience with AWS Control Tower, Landing Zones, AWS Organizations, and multi-account governance.
• Expert-level Terraform and Infrastructure-as-Code (IaC) skills, including reusable modules, automation frameworks, CI/CD integration, and policy-as-code
• Experience with AWS networking, IAM, security, Kubernetes (EKS), and cloud operations.
• Strong automation and scripting skills using Python, Bash, or PowerShell.
• Experience implementing cloud security, governance, compliance, and observability frameworks.

Responsibilities

• Design and manage enterprise-scale AWS environments using AWS Control Tower, AWS Organizations, and multi-account architectures.
