Job summary

CONTROLTEC LLC is seeking an entry-level Cloud Automation Engineer to join the IT Solutions team. This role involves automating infrastructure and promoting a DevOps culture through collaboration with other teams. The ideal candidate will have a solid understanding of cloud concepts and the ability to work independently as well as within a team.

Qualifications

• Understanding of IT Cloud concepts including architecture and security.
• Excellent communication skills tailored to the audience.
• Strong troubleshooting and research capabilities.
• Technical aptitude for solving complex issues.
• Experience with cloud providers like AWS or Azure.
• Two years’ experience with Linux, preferably Debian-based.
• Proficient in Python scripting.
• Experience with version control systems.

Responsibilities

• Help design and implement infrastructure automation.
• Participate in suggesting architecture improvements.
• Manage day-to-day activities with minimal supervision.
• Create and support internal documentation.
