Job summary

Voya Financial is seeking a Director of Cloud Automation Engineering to architect and lead secure, auditable automation across cloud platforms. You will own CI/CD pipelines, GitOps strategies, and governance practices while growing a high-performing team.

You will collaborate with security, compliance, and audit stakeholders to map controls and ensure production-grade automation across Azure, AWS, and OCI. This is a hands-on leadership role rooted in engineering excellence.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in CS/Engineering or related field, or equivalent practical experience.
• 10+ years in infrastructure, platform, or cloud engineering with IaC expertise.
• Experience building secure, auditable cloud automation pipelines.

Responsibilities

• Architect and build Terraform and Ansible/AAP pipelines across Azure, AWS, and OCI.
• Design GitOps delivery via ArgoCD/OpenShift GitOps with gated promotion.
• Define reference architectures and enforce CI/CD standards across repos.
• Lead cloud automation team and mentor engineers.
• Partner with security, compliance, and audit stakeholders.
