Ringside Talent Acquisition Partners seeks a Cloud Architect for a hybrid role based in Cleveland, OH. You will design and govern cloud architecture from landing zones to modernization, guiding a team of engineers.

The ideal candidate leads cloud modernization, sets technical standards, and collaborates with security and infrastructure leaders to align cloud decisions with business goals. Strong IaC and leadership experience required.

Qualifications

• Experience designing enterprise cloud architectures across Azure, AWS, or GCP.
• Proficient with IaC tools: Terraform, Bicep, ARM, or CloudFormation.
• Experience with cloud landing zones and governance.
• Automation and scripting in PowerShell or Python; CI/CD pipelines.
• Proven leadership of cloud modernization or migration projects.
• Mentoring and directing technical teams.
• Cloud architecture certifications preferred.
• Strong communication to explain decisions to leadership.

Responsibilities

• Design and govern secure, scalable cloud architecture.
• Build cloud landing zones and governance.
• Advance IaC with version-controlled pipelines.
• Automate provisioning, deployment, and ops tasks.
• Lead modernization and migration initiatives.
• Set technical standards and reference architectures.
• Coach and develop cloud engineers.
• Collaborate with security, infra, and app leaders.
• Evaluate new cloud services and tools.
• Monitor costs and performance; optimize where possible.
