Job summary

TLA is seeking an experienced Cloud Architect to design, implement, and manage our cloud strategy across public, private, and hybrid environments. You will ensure scalable, secure, and cost-effective cloud solutions aligned with business objectives.

Responsibilities include defining migration roadmaps, leading large-scale deployments, enforcing security controls, and collaborating with DevOps, developers, and security teams. A strong background in IaC, containers, and scripting is required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or higher in a related field.
• 5+ years designing and implementing cloud solutions.
• Expert-level knowledge of at least one major cloud platform.
• Strong understanding of hybrid cloud environments.
• Proficient in IaC, containerization, and scripting.
• Excellent communication and leadership abilities.

Responsibilities

• Design secure, high-performing cloud architectures.
• Develop cloud strategy, adoption plans, and migration roadmaps.
• Lead cloud migration for multi-tier applications from on-premises to cloud.
• Implement security controls and ensure regulatory compliance.
• Monitor performance, availability, and cost efficiency of cloud environments.
• Collaborate with DevOps, developers, and security teams; mentor junior staff.
• Create architectural documentation and diagrams.
• Evaluate new cloud services and driving adoption.
