Job summary

Focused HR Solutions is seeking a Cloud Architect specializing in AI model support and cloud optimization to join our client in Trenton, NJ. The role requires hands-on AWS IAM, governance, and AI/ML integration to secure model access and policy management.

This contract role runs up to 5 months with the possibility of extension. The hybrid schedule includes 2 days on-site in Trenton, NJ, with collaboration across security and governance teams.

Qualifications

• Hands-on experience creating and managing AWS IAM users, roles, policies, and permission sets (3+ years).
• Deep understanding of Cloud Governance frameworks (3+ years).
• Experience with AWS services tied to governance and IAM (3+ years).
• AI/ML experience with cloud-native services and IAM impacts on model access and security (3+ years).
• Ability to assess and implement access control models, refine roles, review trust policies, and improve permission sets across technical teams (3+ years).
• Experience partnering with cloud governance, security, and technical teams to design, review, and enhance identity workflows (3+ years).
• Strong documentation and communication skills (3+ years).
