Job summary

BrothersTech is seeking an experienced Cloud Architect to design, implement, and optimize scalable, secure, and highly available cloud solutions across AWS, Azure, or GCP. You will lead modernization initiatives, design networking, security, and IaC practices, and collaborate with DevOps and security teams.

The ideal candidate has 5+ years of cloud architecture experience, hands-on with Terraform, CloudFormation or ARM/Bicep, Docker and Kubernetes, and strong Linux/Windows knowledge.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5+ years in cloud/infrastructure architecture.
• Hands-on with AWS, Azure, or GCP.
• Strong understanding of cloud networking and security.
• Experience with Terraform, CloudFormation, or ARM/Bicep.
• Experience with Docker and Kubernetes.
• Knowledge of CI/CD tools like Jenkins, GitHub Actions, GitLab CI, or Azure DevOps.
• Proficient in Linux and Windows environments.

Responsibilities

• Design end-to-end cloud architectures across AWS, Azure, or GCP.
• Develop scalable, highly available, and cost-effective cloud solutions.
• Lead cloud migration, modernization, and transformation initiatives.
• Design cloud networking including VPC/VNet, subnets, routing, VPN, DNS, and load balancing.
• Implement cloud security, IAM, encryption, compliance, and access-control solutions.
• Work with DevOps teams to implement CI/CD, IaC, and automation.
• Design containerized environments using Docker and Kubernetes.
• Develop disaster recovery, backup, high-availability, and business-continuity strategies.
• Monitor cloud environments and identify opportunities for performance and cost optimization.
• Create architecture diagrams, technical documentation, standards, and implementation guidelines.
• Collaborate with developers, infrastructure engineers, security teams, and business stakeholders.
• Evaluate new cloud technologies and recommend appropriate solutions.

• Experience with databases, storage, compute, monitoring, and serverless services.
• Knowledge of cloud security, IAM, encryption, and compliance.
• Strong troubleshooting, documentation, and communication skills.
