Job summary

Google Cloud is seeking a senior leader to oversee technical solutions consultants across multiple deployments. You will translate complex business needs into agentic AI solutions and collaborate with product, development, and customer teams.

You will guide deployment specialists, mentor teams, and help scale best practices across the Google Cloud ecosystem, delivering enterprise-grade AI solutions at scale.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Science, Technology, Engineering, Mathematics, or equivalent practical experience.
• 10+ years in customer-facing technical roles focusing on enterprise systems.
• 6+ years writing code in general purpose languages (C++, Java, Python, Go, etc).
• Experience with LLMs, prompts, and conversational AI frameworks.
• People management or mentoring experience in a technical environment.

Responsibilities

• Lead 0-to-1 solution engineering and architecture for complex agentic workflows.
• Stress-test features to influence product roadmaps and build evaluation frameworks.
• Create reusable technical assets and pioneer architectural frameworks.
• Engage with C-suite and cross-functional teams across partners.
