NewGen Technologies seeks an Applications Architect to support day-to-day operation, monitoring, and maintenance of a distributed enterprise application platform hosted in a cloud environment. You will monitor health, performance, and logs to ensure availability and coordinate with development teams.

The role requires a Top Secret clearance, extensive experience as a Solutions Architect, and experience with data migration to the cloud.

Qualifikationen

• Top Secret Clearance required.
• 10+ years experience as Solutions Architect.
• 1 year experience with AI code conversion.
• Experience with all phases of SDLC.
• Experience with data migration from on-prem to cloud.
• Experience with hybrid multi-target architecture and operating models.
• AWS Certification.
• Strong MS Office skills (Word/Excel/Outlook/Access).
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to interface effectively with customers.

Aufgaben

• Monitor application health, system performance, alerts, and logs to ensure operational availability
• Administer user accounts, permissions, security roles, and access requests
• Troubleshoot application and infrastructure issues and coordinate resolutions with development and engineering teams
• Support software deployments, patching, maintenance activities, and system upgrades
• Maintain operational documentation, runbooks, SOPs, and audit/compliance records
