ManpowerGroup Global, Inc. is seeking a Cloud API Documentation Writing Specialist to join its Documentation and Product Management team in Chandler, AZ.

You will support engineering, architecture, and operations to produce clear, scalable technical docs for internal cloud platform services and APIs. The role requires strong written communication, attention to detail, and the ability to collaborate with engineers and SREs to capture accurate content.

Qualifications

• 3-5 years of experience producing technical documentation for infrastructure, platforms, or developer-facing services.
• Proven ability to document architectures, APIs, automation workflows, operational runbooks, and onboarding guides.
• Experience with Linux, cloud infrastructure concepts, virtualization, and DevOps terminology.
• Excellent collaboration with engineering teams to capture technical content accurately.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail for documentation standards and lifecycle.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain authoritative technical documentation for Internal Cloud Platform architectures, services, APIs, and operational processes.
• Ensure documentation supports safe consumption, operational consistency, and onboarding for application and operations teams.
• Own documentation standards, structure, and lifecycle management to ensure clarity and usability.
• Create architecture guides, service descriptions, runbooks, onboarding materials, and API documentation aligned with tooling and automation workflows.
• Collaborate directly with engineers, architects, and SREs to capture accurate content.
