Job summary

MAXIMUS is seeking a skilled Cloud/Operations Analyst to analyze AWS and Azure environments, support provisioning, and monitor performance across enterprise platforms. The role collaborates with Cloud Engineers and Architects to drive modernization while ensuring governance and cost controls are in place.

The candidate will develop dashboards using Excel, Power BI, or Tableau, support ITSM/ITOM processes, and assist in DR planning across cloud and hybrid environments.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent experience.
• 4+ years of experience in business process analysis and cloud analysis.
• Experience analyzing AWS and/or Azure with performance and availability metrics.
• Proficient in creating reports and dashboards with Excel, Power BI or Tableau.
• Ability to analyze cloud cost data and provide optimization insights.

Responsibilities

• Analyze cloud environments to support provisioning and performance monitoring.
• Evaluate systems for alignment with enterprise architecture and governance standards.
• Develop reports and dashboards to show cloud performance, availability and cost.
• Support ITSM/ITOM processes including incident and change reporting.
• Contribute to DR planning and testing across cloud and hybrid environments.
