Microsoft is transforming AI application development with AI Foundry and seamless Azure AI integration, leading the way in Agenetic AI development. As an AI Apps Solution Engineer, you'll help enterprise customers adopt these innovations to enhance productivity, foster innovation, and become AI-native.

In this role, you will:

• Assist enterprise AI developers in utilizing Microsoft’s AI stack across all development stages.
• Work closely with engineering leaders and platform teams through hands-on engagements like Proof of Concepts, hackathons, and architecture workshops.
• Guide customers in designing secure, scalable solutions, influencing technical decisions, and integrating AI into deployment workflows.
• Help modernize applications and maximize the value of Microsoft’s AI platform.

As a trusted advisor, you will:

• Design secure, scalable solutions for customers.
• Influence technical decisions to accelerate AI application deployment.
• Support customers in modernizing their applications using AI technologies.

• Resolve technical blockers and collaborate with engineering teams for product improvements.
• Maintain expertise in AI Foundry, App architecture, cloud-native development, and AI management & security.

Qualifications

Minimum:

• 3+ years of technical pre-sales or consulting experience, or
• Bachelor’s in Computer Science/IT and 2+ years experience, or
• Master’s in Computer Science/IT and 1+ year experience, or
• Equivalent experience.

Expertise in full stack app architecture, cloud native development, and AI/ML models is required.

Preferred:

• 6+ years of related experience.
• Experience with cloud/hybrid infrastructure, AI frameworks, and tools like GitHub, Copilot, VS Code, Jupyter, Python, Java, C#.
