Job summary

Amazon.com Services LLC is seeking Software Development Engineers (SDE) to contribute across a broad set of AWS SDE roles, spanning embedded systems, game development, AI/ML, cloud services, and security engineering. This central SDE sourcing team coordinates hiring across Twitch, AWS Elemental, and AWS CloudFront.

Responsibilities include designing and delivering scalable software, collaborating with cross-functional teams, and mentoring junior engineers while aligning with AWS engineering

Qualifications

• 3+ years of non-internship professional software development experience.
• 2+ years of non-internship design or architecture (design patterns, reliability and scaling) of new and existing systems experience.
• 3+ years of building complex software systems experience.
• 2+ years of designing and developing large-scale, multi-tiered, multi-threaded, embedded or distributed software applications, tools, systems, and services using C#, C++, Java, or Perl.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain efficient, reusable, and reliable code.
• Implement complex software solutions that meet business requirements.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define, design, and ship new features.
• Identify and resolve performance bottlenecks and bugs.
