Job summary

CrowdStrike in the United States is seeking a software engineer for the Advanced Research team to build and maintain cloud services, contribute to Falcon platform integrations, and help deliver innovative detection capabilities.

You will collaborate with Security, Data Science, and Engineering experts in a distributed, remote-first environment, with opportunities to mentor, learn, and work on large-scale systems while advancing AI-enabled security.

Qualifications

• US Citizenship or Permanent Residency is required to access resources for this role.
• Computer science degree or commensurate experience.
• Proficiency in at least one programming language (Java/Scala, Go, or Python).
• Experience with distributed systems, RESTful patterns, and multithreading.

Responsibilities

• Work with industry-leading technologies like Kafka, Flink, Redis, ElasticSearch and Cassandra and LLMs.
• Develop, maintain, and enhance the capabilities of distributed cloud services. Keeping services up and running in a healthy state.
• Work closely with other internal engineering teams to integrate new capabilities into our Falcon platform
