Job summary
Apigee is seeking a hardware reliability engineer to join our US-based team in Washington. The role focuses on debugging, validation, and maintaining enterprise-grade infrastructure across CPU, dGPU, or TPU hardware, Linux/Unix systems, and low-level software boundaries.
You will collaborate with AI/ML hardware initiatives, work with vendors and customers, and contribute to distributed systems and performance debugging.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, MIS, a related technical field, or equivalent practical experience.
- 2 years of debug or validation experience with CPU, dGPU, or TPU.
- 2 years of experience with technical infrastructure deployment, maintenance, and troubleshooting.
- 2 years of experience with hardware debug (silicon, platform, IO interface, or memory analysis).
- Experience with Linux/Unix systems and debugging across hardware/software boundary on enterprise-grade server infrastructure.
- Experience troubleshooting and triaging technical issues across the stack (hardware faults, software, networking, virtualization, kernel drivers, firmware, or performance).
