The role requires a friendly, dependable team player who can work full-time or part-time hours and lift up to 25 lbs, with a focus on guest satisfaction and efficient store operations.

Qualifications

• No prior experience or training required.
• Ability to perform physical tasks including lifting up to 25 lbs.
• Willingness to work full-time or part-time hours.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests and assist in finding items.
• Prepare clothing items for resale: sorting, dating, hanging, displaying donated clothes.
• Maintain a clean, organized sales floor and restock shelves daily.
• Assist guests with dressing rooms and checkout when needed.
• Follow store closing procedures and support team as directed.
