Job summary

Sportsman's Warehouse is seeking a part-time Outfitter to support the Softgoods department in Charleston. You will help customers, stock shelves, and keep the floor organized to create an enjoyable shopping experience.

We expect mornings availability (9a-3p) and weekend shifts, plus a high school diploma. Sales training is provided by Sportsman’s Warehouse, and there are opportunities for growth within a supportive team.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalency diploma recommended.
• Sales training provided by Sportsman’s Warehouse is required.

Responsibilities

• Approach each customer using the 5 non-negotiable Friedman Sales Training Steps.
• Keep the department clean, faced and straight at all times.
• Assist in processing and replenishing merchandise and monitoring floor stock.
• Communicate customer requests to management.
• Perform other tasks as necessary and assigned by management, which may at times include assisting in other departments.

Requirements

Required Skills

• Good verbal and written communication is required. The ability to work closely with customers and co-workers is also required.

• Must be able to work well independently and in teams
• Must have weekend (saturday-sunday) availability

Education and Training

A high school diploma or high school equivalency diploma are recommended. Sales training provided by Sportsman’s Warehouse is required.
