Job summary

Sportsman's Warehouse is seeking a part-time Outfitter to assist customers and keep the Softgoods department organized in Albuquerque. The role emphasizes friendly, knowledgeable service during morning shifts (9a-3p) with weekend availability and a team-oriented environment.

As an Outfitter, you will learn our sales process, help process merchandise and respond to customer needs, while participating in ongoing training and development within a dynamic retail setting.

Qualifications

• Good verbal and written communication is required.
• LOOKING FOR MORNINGS PRIMARILY (9a-3p)
• Must be able to work well independently and in teams
• Must have weekend availability

Responsibilities

• Approach each customer using the 5 non-negotiable Friedman Sales Training Steps.
• Keep the department clean, faced and straight at all times.
• Assist in processing and replenishing merchandise and monitoring floor stock.
• Communicate customer requests to management.
• Perform other tasks as necessary and assigned by management, which may at times include assisting in other departments.

Required Skills

• Good verbal and written communication is required. The ability to work closely with customers and co-workers is also required.

Education and Training

A high school diploma or high school equivalency diploma are recommended. Sales training provided by Sportsman's Warehouse is required.
