Job summary

Goodwill Industries of Northwest North Carolina is seeking a clothing hanger/inspector to join our team. Responsibilities include sorting clothing for quality, hanging and tagging items, and maintaining a clean, safe work area.

The role may involve cross-training in cash register, receiving, and stocking, with occasional lifting of up to 50 pounds. Associates should be available to cover most store hours, including evenings and weekends.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Production or similar experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Sorting clothing with eye for quality and defect detection.
• Hanging and tagging clothing; maintain focus and efficiency.
• Maintain a safe, neat work area and take pride in efficiency.
• Cross-training may include Cash Register; Receiving, pricing and stocking donations; occasional lifting up to 50 lb.
