Job summary

Bass Pro Shops is seeking an Apparel Processing Outfitter in Bolingbrook, IL to handle all apparel merchandise from receipt to stocking on the Sales Floor and Receiving areas. The role involves processing, replenishment, backroom organization, and price/signage maintenance while providing friendly customer service.

Responsibilities

• Effectively processes all apparel merchandise at time of receipt, adhering to all Visual Merchandising & MPS Standards, and utilizing the inventory management system.
• 50% Systematically replenishes merchandise to the sales floor as required per the Visual Merchandising Standards utilizing the inventory management system.
• 10% Remains knowledgeable of advertised sales to promote effective backroom organization and replenishment.
• 10% Unloads trucks as needed.
• 10% Assists with pricing maintenance and signage of merchandise.
• 5% Keeps work area clean, neat, organized and well stocked with supplies.
• 5% Ensure backstock merchandise remains organized and accessible.
• 5% Demonstrates exceptional customer service and ensures a pleasant shopping experience for all guests.
• 5% ALL OTHER DUTIES AS ASSIGNED
