North 40 Outfitters in Moses Lake, WA is hiring a Full-Time Clothing & Footwear Associate to join our team. You will deliver outstanding customer service, drive sales, suggest products, and help with stocking and merchandising in the Clothing & Footwear department.

The role requires flexibility to work Mon-Sat 7 am–7 pm and Sun 9 am–5 pm, including weekends and holidays. Previous merchandising experience is helpful, and a strong team mindset is essential.

Qualifications

• Experience in merchandising and clothing/footwear departments.
• Ability to work all scheduled shifts Mon-Sat 7 am to 7 pm, and Sun 9 am to 5 pm.
• Comfort with lifting up to 55 lbs.
• Excellent communication and teamwork.
