North 40 Outfitters in Omak, WA is hiring a Full-Time Clothing Associate to join our team. You’ll deliver outstanding customer service, drive sales, stock and merchandise the department, and safeguard company assets in a fast-moving retail environment.

The position requires flexibility to work Mon–Sat 7 am–7 pm and Sundays 9 am–5 pm, with weekend and holiday shifts as needed. Prior merchandising and customer service experience is helpful.

Responsibilities

• Provide outstanding customer service and assist customers with product selection
• Drive sales and suggest additional products to customers
• Stock, merchandise, and organize the department to maintain a neat shopping area
• Maintain store assets and safeguard company information and stock
• Work scheduled shifts Mon-Sat 7 am–7 pm, and Sunday 9 am–5 pm with possible weekend/holiday shifts
