This is how you will grow:

  • Will establish component requirements
  • Will work with packaging team on design and coordinate closure plastic component goals and ensure critical requirements are established and met
  • Responsible for design updates and coordinating with interfacing teams to balance requirements
  • Work with the design / release team to process change orders
  • Own and implement component changes as part of the change management process
  • Establish and maintain supplier contacts to cover component issues
  • Work with test engineers to establish test plans
  • Responsible for completing deliverables on-time.

Requirements

This is how you will take us forward:

  • CATIA V5 experience is required
  • CATIA kinematics experience
  • Automotive OEM experience
  • Bachelor’s or master’s degree in mechanical engineering or a relevant field.
  • 3 plus years of experience with closure plastic components
  • Ability to build strong working relationships with individuals at all organizational levels.
