Job description

You are applying for work with a franchisee of Taco Bell, not Taco Bell Corp. or any of its affiliates. If hired, the franchisee will be your only employer. Franchisees are independent business owners who set their own wage and benefit programs that can vary among franchisees.


You enjoy people and providing friendly, accurate service to customers as well as your teammates and managers.


Key responsibilities include:
  1. Greeting customers in the restaurant or drive-thru
  2. Taking and ringing up orders
  3. Handling payment and thanking customers
  4. Preparing and storing food ingredients
  5. Assembling food and beverage orders and ensuring they are correct
  6. Packaging products
  7. Maintaining a clean, safe work and dining environment
  8. Must be able to work closing shift. Most locations close between 2am - 3am

Team Member behaviors include:
  1. Being friendly and helpful to customers and co-workers
  2. Meeting customer needs and taking steps to solve food or service issues
  3. Working well with teammates and accepting coaching from management team
