Job summary

Target is seeking a Closing Team Leader to guide a fast-paced retail team in Missouri. You will champion exceptional guest service, coach team members, and ensure smooth store operations through strong leadership and effective communication.

The role offers full-time hours, requires at least 18 years old and a high school diploma, and involves working varying shifts including nights and weekends. Training is provided to build expertise in store processes and safety.

Qualifications

• Previous retail experience preferred, but not required.
• High school diploma or equivalent is required.
• Must be at least 18 years of age.

Responsibilities

• Demonstrate inclusive leadership and coaching to deliver guest-focused service.
• Lead and model applying store best practices and onboarding for new team members.
• Ensure safety, compliance, and smooth daily store operations.
• Assist with scheduling, workload management and peak period coverage.
• Support guest services such as order pickup and drive-up while maintaining high service levels.
