Job summary

Target is seeking a Closing Team Leader in Princeton, NJ to guide guest services and drive end-of-day store performance. You’ll lead the team through closing routines, coach colleagues, and ensure all tasks are completed with a guest-centric focus.

You’ll manage workload, collaborate with leadership, and help maintain inventory accuracy while supporting safety and store operations for a smooth close every night.

Qualifications

• Retail experience preferred, but not required.
• Must be at least 18 years of age or older.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Ability to communicate on multiple frequency devices and operate handheld scanners.

Responsibilities
