Closing Shift Managers are in control of all aspects of the customer experience during the evening time.

Shift Managers have been certified through McDonald's management courses and have some McDonald's experience. All Shift Managers start at a minimum of $14.50 but increase based on a variety of factors including previous management experience and availability.

We are an 18-restaurant franchise organization with approximately 800 employees in our restaurants and home office. We are a tight-knit family owned and operated business.

Previous leadership experience is preferred, ideally within a restaurant, retail or hospitality environment.
