As a Shift Manager, you will lead your team with a positive attitude, seek help when needed, and guide others. Your responsibilities include ensuring team members complete their duties, managing inventory, and maintaining financial accountability. Job Requirements and Essential Functions

• Ability to work night/overnight hours
• Must be at least 18 years old
• High School Diploma or GED preferred, but not required
• Basic computer literacy
• Reliable transportation
• Basic business math, accounting, and strong analytical skills
• Ability to supervise and motivate the team, working alongside them
• Physical ability to sweep, mop, dust, lift and carry trash, and clean the parking lot and surrounding grounds
• Stand, walk, lift up to 50 lbs., and stoop during 80% of shift
