• Manage restaurant operations in absence of Restaurant Manager
• Make daily management decisions with brand values in mind
• Develop a people- and guest-centric culture delivering great service and food quality
• Train, coach, and evaluate employees; ensure training systems are followed
• Identify internal candidates for Shift Manager positions and promote progression
• Maintain regulatory compliance and brand standards; ensure cleanliness and safety
• Interact with guests and the community; address questions and resolve complaints
• Monitor costs and budget adherence to support brand profitability
• Support the company by cultivating an outstanding work environment through leadership
