Key Responsibilities

• Run shifts effectively to ensure great food quality and excellent guest service
• Serve as a positive role model by coaching and mentoring team members
• Maintain compliance with operational and food safety standards
• Oversee closing and cleaning of the store to keep a safe and welcoming environment

Qualifications

• Passion for the restaurant industry and strong leadership skills
• Excellent communication and organizational abilities
• A genuine, enthusiastic smile and positive attitude
• Preferred 1-2 years of restaurant experience
• Availability to work weekend nights
