As a Shift Manager, you will lead your shift with a positive attitude, seek help when needed, and guide team members. You will ensure tasks are completed, manage inventory, and uphold financial accountability. Your friendly demeanor will help deliver safe, quality food promptly and maintain a safe environment for employees and customers.

Job Requirements and Essential Functions

• Ability to work night/overnight hours
• Must be at least 18 years old
• High School Diploma or GED preferred, not required
• Basic computer skills
• Reliable transportation
• Basic math and accounting skills, strong decision-making abilities
• Ability to supervise and motivate team members
• Physical ability to sweep, mop, dust, lift, and carry trash (up to 50 lbs)
• Ability to clean parking lot and grounds surrounding the restaurant
• Stand, walk, and perform physical tasks for 80% of shift
