Job summary

Valley Pizza Inc., a Domino's Pizza franchise, is looking for an Assistant Manager in a fast-paced environment. The role trains in management with the goal of becoming a Store Manager, overseeing production, delivery, and customer service while meeting Domino's standards.

Candidates must be able to close at least four nights weekly, have strong leadership and customer service skills, and be willing to train across all store positions.

Qualifications

• Must be available to close minimum 4 nights a week.
• Prior fast food management and leadership experience preferred.
• Assist with basic operations procedures.
• Experience in employee development and bring positive energy.

Responsibilities

• Oversee production and delivery of store's goods and services.
• Train in managerial skills with aim of becoming Store Manager.
• Direct daily store operations by training, motivating, communicating and supervising team.
• Assist in hiring, training and scheduling Team Members.
• Perform other related duties to maintain store sanitation, productivity and profitability.
• Prepare pizzas and other food items according to standards; assist in all store positions during training.
• Maintain sanitation, inventory, and paperwork; ensure accurate records and daily deposits.
