Job summary

Chick-fil-A at Fox Chapel in Pittsburgh, PA is looking for a Hospitality (Cashier/Drive Thru) Team Member with close availability. You will greet guests, take orders, operate the drive-thru and cash register with a warm, efficient attitude.

Qualifications

• Must be 16 or older.
• Able to lift up to 40 pounds and stand for up to 8 hours.

Responsibilities

• Provide friendly, efficient service to guests.

Position Type:

• Full-Time: Required minimum of 15 hours per week
  • Payrate based on Weekly Availability - $13.00/hr - $15.80/hr
• Close Availability: 4:00 PM - 11:00 PM / Monday - Saturday

• Positive and serving attitude with a warm personality
• Use our CORE 4 model to serve drive thru guests: eye contact, smile, speak enthusiastically, stay connected
• Greeting and serving guests with enthusiasm, courtesy, and hospitality
• Operating the register and iPads at the drive thru
• Look for opportunities to stock or clean when not serving a customer
• Taking orders with speed and accuracy at the drive thru
• Learn all positions, including headset and order taking, monitor or bagging, and window
• Checking for product quality and consistency
• Assist leadership in executing opening or closing procedures
• Demonstrate knowledge of the brand and menu items
